We get it — sometimes something just doesn’t work out, and you’d like to return or exchange it. As long as your item(s) were purchased from krathletic.us and are still in their original condition, you can return them to us!
Which items can I return?
Any unwanted product must be returned within 2 weeks of the delivery date.
Please see the exceptions below:
- Customized items cannot be returned.
- To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in unsuitable condition, we will not be able to issue a refund. All items are inspected upon return.
- If you purchased items from our online store, you must have a valid original electronic receipt.
When will I receive my refund?
This depends on how long it takes for your chosen return courier to deliver the items back to us before they can be processed at our warehouse.
Good to know…
- Please keep any proof of your return shipment receipts, as we may need to see them as part of your return inquiry.
- We only issue refunds to the original payment method used to place the order.
- Refunds may take up to 7 days to process from the date we receive your return at our warehouse. Please note that it may take up to an additional 5 days for the refund to appear in your account once processed.
Received a defective item?
We’re so sorry if you received a defective item! You don’t need to return the item just yet.
Please email us at krathletic01@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your name and email address
- Your order number (e.g., #12345)
- Item name/description (if known)
- Photos showing:
- The defect as clearly as possible
- A full view of the item
- The KRAthletic logo and tag
All claims for orders that arrive with damaged or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
