We get it \u2014 sometimes something just doesn\u2019t work out, and you\u2019d like to return or exchange it. As long as your item(s) were purchased from krathletic.us<\/strong> and are still in their original condition, you can return them to us!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Which items can I return?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any unwanted product must be returned within 2 weeks of the delivery date.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please see the exceptions below:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Customized items<\/strong> cannot be returned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. To receive a full refund<\/strong> on eligible returns, all items must be returned unworn, unwashed,<\/strong> and in the same condition<\/strong> you received them. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in unsuitable condition, we will not be able to issue a refund. All items are inspected upon return.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. If you purchased items from our online store, you must have a valid original electronic receipt.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    When will I receive my refund?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This depends on how long it takes for your chosen return courier to deliver the items back to us before they can be processed at our warehouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Please keep any proof of your return shipment receipts, as we may need to see them as part of your return inquiry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. We only issue refunds to the original payment method<\/strong> used to place the order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Refunds may take up to 7 days<\/strong> to process from the date we receive your return at our warehouse. Please note that it may take up to an additional 5 days<\/strong> for the refund to appear in your account once processed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Received a defective item?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      We\u2019re so sorry if you received a defective item! You don\u2019t need to return the item just yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
